2012 Gattefossé Canada/CSPS Award in Lipid-Based Drug Delivery
Gattefossé Canada is once again pleased to support scientific research in the field of Lipid-Based Drug Delivery, which consists of the following:
Objective: To recognize outstanding research in pharmaceutical sciences by the best research paper in the area of lipid chemistry and/or the role of lipids in drug delivery, published by a graduate student within the last three years (2009 onwards).
*Note: Only one research paper from each laboratory will be eligible.
Award: Plaque and a monetary award of $2,500.00 (which covers travel expenses and registration) to attend the annual CSPS Symposium and present a poster of his/her work. This award will be presented at the annual CSPS symposium, which will be held this year in Toronto, ON, June 12-15, 2012.
Applications should consist of a published manuscript from the past three years (2009 onwards). The student must provide a one-paragraph explanation of their contribution to the paper.
Application deadline is extended to March 16, 2012.
Decisions will be made by a committee comprised of researchers with expertise in the area of lipid chemistry/drug delivery.
